 Axon Communications is looking for a Senior Odoo Developer to build and improve business applications for our clients. You will translate business requirements into reliable Odoo solutions, taking responsibility for custom modules, integrations, troubleshooting, and code quality.

You will work closely with the founder and development team, contribute to technical decisions, review code, and support junior developers. We are looking for someone who understands business workflows, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of delivering working solutions.

Role at a Glance

Location: KINFRA Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery, Calicut
Employment: Full-time
Monthly salary: ₹50,000
Working days: Monday–Friday
Working hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Probation: 12 months

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Build integrations and support data migration.
  • Troubleshoot errors and improve application performance.
  • Test changes, review code, and maintain documentation.
  • Guide junior developers and support project delivery.

Essential Skills

  • Practical experience developing and customizing Odoo.
  • Strong Python skills and understanding of the Odoo ORM.
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML, and QWeb.
  • Understanding of access rights and record rules.
  • Experience using Git for collaborative development.
  • Ability to debug independently and communicate clearly.

Additional Strengths

  • JavaScript and Odoo OWL development.
  • Odoo Website and eCommerce customization.
  • Third-party API integrations.
  • Linux deployment and server troubleshooting.
  • Odoo upgrades and data migration.
  • Experience with both Community and Enterprise editions.

Salary

₹50,000 per month.

Work Schedule
