By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. About Axon and these terms
Axon Communications is presently operated as a proprietorship owned by T Jayarajan, with its business address at KINFRA Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery, Calicut – 673635, Kerala, India.
These Terms of Website Use apply to axoncoms.com, its pages, downloadable materials, enquiry facilities and other resources made available through it. References to “Axon”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Axon Communications. “You” means a visitor or user of the website.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must use the website only if you are legally capable of doing so. If you use it for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for that organisation in relation to the enquiry or communication you submit.
3. Permitted use
You may access and use this website for lawful business-information, evaluation, communication and enquiry purposes. You may download or print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation, provided that you preserve applicable notices and do not misrepresent the material.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, accounts, forms, data or connected systems.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks or disruptive traffic.
- Scrape, harvest or extract information at scale without written permission.
- Use forms to transmit spam, unlawful material, confidential credentials or information you are not authorised to disclose.
- Impersonate another person or provide materially false or misleading information.
- Copy, modify, republish, sell or commercially exploit protected website material except as allowed by law or written permission.
- Remove copyright, trademark, attribution or other proprietary notices.
- Misrepresent an association, endorsement, certification or partnership with Axon.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, page structure, graphics, visual presentation, Axon branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to Axon Communications and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“Axon Communications”, its logo and related brand elements may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation without prior written permission.
Third-party product names, logos and trademarks—including Odoo and the names of other platforms—belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website identifies technologies or services and does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement.
6. Materials you provide
You retain ownership of materials you submit with an enquiry. You confirm that you have the right to provide them and permit Axon to review, reproduce internally and share them with authorised personnel or advisers to the extent reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the requirement or prepare a proposal.
Do not submit source code, credentials, personal data sets, trade secrets or other highly confidential material through a general website form. Confidential project information should be exchanged through an agreed secure channel and, where appropriate, under a confidentiality agreement.
7. Enquiries, meetings and proposals
Submitting a form, requesting a discovery meeting or receiving a response does not create a customer relationship, partnership, employment relationship or binding obligation to provide services.
Website descriptions are general. Actual scope, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, fees, taxes, timelines, acceptance conditions, intellectual-property arrangements, confidentiality, support and liability will be governed by the relevant proposal, statement of work, order, service agreement or other written contract.
If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms in relation to that project, the project agreement will prevail.
8. No professional or implementation advice
Website content is provided for general business information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice. ERP, digitization and digital-commerce decisions should be based on an assessment of the organisation’s actual requirements, systems, data, resources and obligations.
9. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website useful and reasonably accurate, but information may become incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular requirement. We may correct, update, withdraw or reorganise content without notice.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, continuous availability, compatibility with every device, or that the website will be free from all security risks. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may refer or link to third-party websites, software, services, documentation or platforms. Axon does not control their availability, content, security, licensing, terms or privacy practices. A link or reference does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
11. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axon will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or inability to access the website.
Axon is not responsible for loss caused by a visitor’s unlawful use, unauthorised access attempts, failure to protect credentials, submission of insecure or inappropriate information, or use of third-party websites and services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud or other matters for which exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Security and suspension
You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions when using internet services. We may restrict or block access, submissions or traffic where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, systems or business, investigate suspected misuse or comply with law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the website, business or applicable requirements. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after publication means that the revised terms apply to subsequent use.
14. Severability and non-waiver
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute forum that applies under law, disputes concerning use of this website will fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
